Return & Refund Policy

1. General Terms
We accept eligible returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. For pre-order items, the return window is also 14 calendar days after you receive the package.
All sale, promotional, discounted, and clearance items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. Once an order has been placed at a set price, we are unable to apply future discounts or offer partial refunds.
This policy complies with local statutory consumer rights in all operating regions.

2. Approved Return Scenarios
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, unwanted items, or personal dislike. Refunds will only be issued if:
- The item is faulty (verified manufacturing defect or quality damage); or
- You have received the wrong item.
If either applies, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange an exchange or refund once approved.

3. Return Requirements & Non-Defective Standards
All returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in perfect resalable condition. Original tags, labels, packaging boxes, protective materials, and all accessories must be completely intact and included in the return parcel.
The following situations are not recognized as quality defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds:
- Products originally manufactured without tags or labels
- Minor creases, wrinkles or indentations caused by long-distance transportation
- Tiny craftsmanship flaws, slight color differences, or minor finish imperfections resulting from mass production, which do not affect normal wearing
Returns without prior written approval from our customer service team are strictly unacceptable. Unauthorized returned packages will be rejected and shipped back to the customer at the customer's own expense.

4. Fee Regulations
For approved returns caused by our error (faulty item / wrong item), we will cover the full return shipping cost. No additional fees will be deducted from the refund.
For orders that met free shipping thresholds, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to partially cover our initial outbound shipping and handling costs.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and related logistics fees for any unauthorized or non-qualifying return attempts. Such returns will not be refunded.

5. International Customers
Please note that if you are returning items to us from outside of China, you may incur customs fees for us to receive your return. As our policy stipulates that return postage costs are the full responsibility of the customer, this includes any customs fees incurred during the return shipment. Exceptions apply only if the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
We strongly recommend that all returns are sent using tracked and insured delivery services. We are not liable for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.

6. Missing Item Handling
If your order has missing items, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours after delivery confirmation. Please retain all original packaging materials (cartons, plastic bags, protective fillers, etc.) until our verification process is completed. Failure to preserve complete packaging may result in rejection of the missing item refund claim.

7. Inspection & Processing Time
All returned goods will undergo strict inspection by our fulfillment team upon arrival. If items are found worn, stained, damaged, incomplete, or unable to be resold, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the goods back to the customer. We are conscious of the potential waste un‑resellable returns create, and reserve the right to return such items to the sender on a case‑by‑case basis.
The entire return process may take up to 21 working days. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. The actual arrival time depends on your payment provider's processing schedule. Shipping fees and customs fees are non-refundable except in cases caused by our error.
The responsibility of the return remains with the customer until the parcel reaches our fulfillment center. Please retain your return receipt.

8. Transit Liability
Customers undertake all transportation risks and responsibilities for self-initiated return shipments. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage of return parcels during transit.
